Here's an ad I shot for William Painter eyewear.
Here's random sunset shot from the other day when I was hanging out in Santa Monica.
I was in LA the past two weekends to meet up with my good friend Gabriella who was visiting from Hungary. She and I have known each other for a few years and try to meet up whenever she's in LA. We've shot together a few times in the past and from our first meeting we've thrown around the idea of doing some sort of road trip project together in Europe. Recently I've been talking to a friend of mine at a production house based in Silverlake and we've been trying to develop this idea a bit more. This past Friday the three of us were able to meet while Gaby was in town and he gave us a homework assignment which was for us to shoot a bit of random content of ourselves that can be used to help put the pitch together. Since we didn't have a whole lot of time to do something cool before Gaby left town we decided to throw a GoPro in the car while driving around LA to show us interacting with one another. I'll shoot some more content of myself over the next month that will show some behind the scenes stuff at a photo shoot, content of an ammo project in Nevada and South Africa, and a wine project I'm working on up in Santa Barbara County. Gabriella will shoot a bit of content back home in Budapest and then we'll throw together a little 3 minute reel.
I was able to snap a few shots with the models sporting the very awesome William Painter's during yesterday's shoot for Arsenic Magazine.

Here's one of the shots from the William Painter shoot I did earlier today with Italia Faith.
Back in August of this year I was up in Venice Beach working on a project with Arsenic Magazine which they've titled "A Deeper Kind of Sex." I was shooting stills for the project while Director/Writer Scott Burns (Bourne Ultimatum, Contagion, The Informant) directed the video. The video features models Tatiana Dietemen, Alyssa Smith, and Shay Maria.
From the original post on the Arsenic Magazine site:
The objectification of women: can't live with it, and can't sell billions of dollars of material items without it. It has warped a generation of men in all sorts of diabolical ways and has turned young women against food, each other and themselves. And yet here we are, confronted daily with our own appetites for youth and beauty and sex with access to an infinite internet receding into the darkest and most fascinating places. Sam Shepherd once said,
Yesterday morning I packed my Nikon and Custom SLR gear into my Lowepro Slingshot and headed across the border into Tijuana where I met up with my friend and fellow photographer Hugo. I've been to TJ numerous times, but never really got to explore the city beyond places that are within walking distance of the border. So yesterday Hugo drove me around to some places that I probably would have never seen. We stopped by some fish markets, a farmers market, drove up to a nice neighborhood that had a great vantage point with a view of San Diego and Coronado from a Mexican perspective, and finished the day at a small park. While in Mexico I did do something somewhat touristy which I never do when I travel anywhere else, I had a Caesar Salad at the restaurant where it was invented . . . it was good.
While south of the border I was able to snap a few quick promo shots for my favorite sunglass brand, William Painter.
A pair of William Painter sunglasses were spotted on model Pamela Moses while shooting near the USC campus with photographer Steven Williams for Arsenic Magazine.
I've been going through a few more of the images from the recent Arsenic Magazine shoot I did last Thursday in Venice Beach, here are a few random selections of the beautiful Tatiana Dieteman. You can follow her on Instagram at @tatiana_dieteman.
On Thursday I was in Venice Beach, CA shooting for another project with Arsenic Magazine. This particular project was a collaboration with writer/director/producer Scott Z. Burns (Bourne Ultimatum, Contagion, The Informant) and DP Bryan Newman. I was shooting stills for Arsenic as well as some behind the scenes footage. In between takes I was able to leave the set to shoot a few outdoor shots with the beautiful models Alyssa Smith and Tatiana Dieteman represented by Next Model Management. It was really bright out when we were shooting, luckily William Painter was there to provide some comfort from the midday sun.
Last week I was helping some friends of mine by taking some pictures for a look book they're putting together for their William Painter brand of sunglasses. We were definitely in a rush and had about 30 minutes for each shoot. Here are a few rough random shots taken through out the week:
